This series of protectors are designed to protect sensitive communications equipment against damaging overvoltages induced into the equipment from the signal lines or chassis ground. This protector is for RS232/V.34 and Token Ring, as well as any other protocol with less than +/-15 volts drive voltage.
The devices are based on state-of-the-art, low capacitance, avalanche diode technology. The balanced, self-resetting circuitry guarantees for high speed, high-energy protection. Low shunt capacitance design reduces the signal loss. A wide range of applications is supported for more versatility. |
